PARK CITY, Utah, July 2, 2004 -- Carbon Graphics is pleased to announce its new flexible licensing system and the immediate availability of GEO PRO - the new professional-level standard in real-time 3D modeling and multiple Image Generator (IG) file format support.
Geo PRO is possible due to the new Geo licensing scheme introduced with the 1.1 release. Carbon Graphics now offers Geo as a base 3D modeling package with multiple optional modules. This provides both Carbon Graphics and its customers with the flexibility & applicability that is possible with piecemeal product configurations.
The Geo PRO bundle consists of GEO_BASE - the base Geo modeling kernel, GEO_BEHAVIOR - the powerful Geo behavior engine, GEO_FLT - OpenFlight® Import/Export, GEO_DWB - Designers Workbench™ Import/Export and GEO_HIE - Aechelon Technology's Image Generation Import/Export. Making it the only application in existence that supports this unique and powerful real-time format cross section.
